Jade T. Perry (she/they) is on a mission to transform systems, spaces, organizations, and individuals through education, facilitation, and creative / healing work. While their work centers the experiences and holistic healing of Blackfolk, Queer and Trans Black and Indigenous People of Color (QTBIPOC), and disabled and/or chronically ill individuals, Jade’s mission is rooted in cultivating liberation, equity, and well-being for anyone committed to fostering justice, collective wellness, accessibility, and community in their lives or workplaces.

Nonprofit Leadership: Co-founder and former Co-Director of The Mystic Soul Project (2017–2023), where she led programming, conference curation, digital education, and internal operations / supervision.
Programming & Facilitation: A seasoned facilitator with expertise in designing and leading workshops, retreats, and team-building initiatives for nonprofits, corporations, and higher education institutions.
Higher Education Leadership: Over 7 years in Higher Education roles at institutions such as Presbyterian College, Penn State University, Dominican University, and DePaul University, specializing in multicultural student success, diversity & equity work, career services, Student Affairs communications, and academic advising.
Wellness & Healing: Jade T. Perry brings a wealth of experience from the wellness and healing industries. She has provided intuitive wellness counseling, tarot consultations, and energy work at luxury spas, esoteric shoppes, and community-based wellness businesses. Her work integrates spiritual care, accessibility, and holistic practices to create inclusive and transformative healing spaces for diverse communities.
